Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items cannot be returned once opened. Please check the product description for details.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
